Buon Appetito in now launching a new set menu that will be available for all November months.
The protagonist of our new set menu is a deep violet flower with red pistils: from this comes the Saffron, an Asian origin spice used in some famous dishes of Italian and Sardinia tradition.
The cultivation was abandoned for several centuries in Sardinia, but in recent times people started to grow saffron again.
Autumn is really the best period for saffron , it is in this period that people go to harvest the closed flowers…
Our idea is to let our costumers taste this flavor through a seasonal and special set menu ..
